KingWayne Notary was created by two women on a parallel journey during 2020; Angelina King and Michele Wayne. A friendship that has the same values, strengths, and integrity in becoming a Notary Public and helping the community. Both are Notary2Pro Graduates and are also licensed, bonded, and insured, as well as NNA certified.

Angelina’s background is in Real Estate and she has had her California Real Estate License since 2003. She has transaction experience as a Realtor in Los Angeles County where she facilitated all necessary documents/disclosures and anything necessary to ensure the deal was closed promptly. She wanted to broaden her scope of business by becoming a Notary Public Loan Signing Agent in the state of Nevada. During these unprecedented times in our lives, she saw a need to help the community with their refinancing needs. She also has over five years as a Transaction Coordinator where she was responsible for communicating with Escrow and Title until a loan was closed, meeting all required deadlines.

Michele was previously in the Convention/Trade Show industry for more than 15 years with a focus on sales, advertising, and sponsorship. She worked with several major companies throughout her career including the automotive, cigar, veterinarian, and poker industries. Having an affection for the real estate industry combined with the perfect opportunity during the Pandemic lent her the chance for a new career: The Notary/Loan Signing business. She finds it rewarding to be part of an industry that entails the knowledge to facilitate the closing of someone’s first home purchase, refinance, or reverse mortgage. She likes being involved with the Las Vegas community and this is another way to strengthen that bond. Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University.

Angelina and Michele are Fidelity approved. They pride themselves on professionalism, punctuality, and communication. More importantly, they understand the significance of the loan signing process and how necessary it is for signings to go as smoothly as possible. They walk their signers through the paperwork, locate crucial information, identify documents to notarize according to state laws, and specify correct signing methods based on varying lender requirements.
